FINANCE ASSOCIATE (JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT) – INVESTMENT COMPANY – NT223 Greenfield is delighted to support a leading international fund platform based in Luxembourg for more than 15 years, in their search for a Finance Analyst. This opportunity offers the chance to join a dynamic, multicultural team and contribute to the financial operations of a growing organization with a global presence. The Role : Support the daily financial operations of the Group's entities, working closely with the Senior Associate. Manage transactional bookkeeping for a portfolio of companies, including processing payments, tracking bank activity, and maintaining loan and hedge schedules. Assist with the recording and reconciliation of multi-currency transactions and loan repayments under supervision. Contribute to the preparation and review of annual financial statements in accordance with Lux GAAP, as well as regulatory filings. Play an active role in supporting statutory audits and liaising with external auditors as required. Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes. Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely processing and coordination of weekly payment runs. Perform reconciliations for various entities, including bank and credit card accounts, under guidance. Develop a sound understanding of balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations. Prepare supporting documentation for tax filings and assist with related compliance matters. Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and other internal reporting deliverables. Maintain effective communication with external service providers, auditors, and regulatory authorities as needed. Draft regulatory (BCL) reporting Your Profile : First experience or internship in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping; exposure to financial statement preparation in Luxembourg is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting. Foundational understanding of Lux GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word); familiarity with Power BI, Yooz, or Xero is a plus. Adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
