The mission

OneLife is a Luxembourg life insurance company specialised in cross-border financial planning solutions for wealthy clients across Europe and beyond. To support our growth, we are looking for the right candidate to join our passionate Product Solutions Team.

The purpose of the role of Product Admin Officer is to support the Product Solutions Team in the design, creation, maintenance and review of Insurance Product documentation together with any related activities which may be needed in order to adhere to Product Oversight policies and applicable regulations.

Main objectives of the role

• Administrative Assist in the preparation, maintenance and review of Insurance Product documentation for the different markets covered by OneLife
• Handle administrative tasks of the Team (formatting, lay-out, graphism, etc…)
• Liaise effectively with other OneLife employees in order to ensure proper follow up of regular tasks.
• Maintain cooperative relationship with other departments (Sales Team, Customer Services…)
• Ensure that the internal Team folder is up to date.
• Support Senior Team experts in daily and / or punctual tasks when required
• Participate in ad hoc projects, events… and be an active support to the promotion of the department
