AI Governance & Innovation Expert (m / f / n)

Your tasks
- You establish policies and procedures for AI governance in collaboration with Encevo’s CIO
- You define, implement, and maintain governance frameworks for responsible AI use within regulatory and compliance standards
- You collaborate closely with Encevo business units to identify strategic challenges and opportunities suitable for AI adoption and ensure alignment of AI projects with business strategy and governance requirements
- You conduct feasibility assessments and prioritise AI initiatives based on impact analysis
- You lead rapid prototyping initiatives for AI pilots and proof-of-concepts
- You scout, evaluate, and recommend AI technologies and vendor partnerships based on real-life use cases
- You proactively monitor emerging AI regulations and integrate necessary adjustments into AI governance policies
- You provide advisory support and guidance to departments exploring AI-driven solutions
- You report on AI initiative outcomes, community engagement, and compliance effectiveness
- You manage relationships and negotiations with external technology vendors and partners
Your profile
You hold a university degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalentYou have analytical skills and are proficient in compliance mattersYou are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsYou show a high level of engagement and initiative and can effectively manage changeExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A good knowledge of French and German will be considered as an advantageWhat we offer
