AI Governance & Innovation Expert (m / f / n)

Department :  Group IT |  Location :   Esch-sur-Alzette |  Contract :  Permanent |  Job Requisition N°19659

Your tasks

  • You establish policies and procedures for AI governance in collaboration with Encevo’s CIO
  • You define, implement, and maintain governance frameworks for responsible AI use within regulatory and compliance standards
  • You collaborate closely with Encevo business units to identify strategic challenges and opportunities suitable for AI adoption and ensure alignment of AI projects with business strategy and governance requirements
  • You conduct feasibility assessments and prioritise AI initiatives based on impact analysis
  • You lead rapid prototyping initiatives for AI pilots and proof-of-concepts
  • You scout, evaluate, and recommend AI technologies and vendor partnerships based on real-life use cases
  • You proactively monitor emerging AI regulations and integrate necessary adjustments into AI governance policies
  • You provide advisory support and guidance to departments exploring AI-driven solutions
  • You report on AI initiative outcomes, community engagement, and compliance effectiveness
  • You manage relationships and negotiations with external technology vendors and partners

Your profile

  • You hold a university degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
  • You have analytical skills and are proficient in compliance matters
  • You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You show a high level of engagement and initiative and can effectively manage change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A good knowledge of French and German will be considered as an advantage
