What will you do?

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and managers on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment between business needs and HR initiatives for a dedicated population

Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, integration follow-up, performance management, career development and offboarding processes

Coordinate and facilitate performance reviews; ensure that performance appraisal criteria are consistently applied at firm level; provide coaching to managers and employees

Be a key point of contact for employees, actively listen to their needs, provide support and address their concerns to ensure their well-being and motivation

Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster retention and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Advise on HR policies, employment law and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks

Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decision-making

This offer is for you if :

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

You have 2-4 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist HR role, preferably within professional services, finance or consulting

You have a strong understanding of Luxembourg labour laws and HR best practices

You build strong relationships and advise stakeholders at all levels

You act as a team player and you are recognized for your excellent skills in communicating and working easily with others

You have the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

You demonstrate a proactive mindset with problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

You are fluent in French and English; German is a plus
