Learning & Development Agent (m / f / n)

Your tasks

  • You act as a point of contact for the Learning & Development service and provide training administration including the planning, the logistic and coordination of courses
  • You source Learning & Development suppliers and maintain records of any agreement and terms for future reviews
  • You monitor course administration to efficiently establish the annual learning review due to MENJE (Ministère de l'Education Nationale, de la Jeunesse et de l'Enfance - INFPC)
  • You support to select appropriate learning materials and programmes to provide effective and innovative solutions
  • You participate to the onboarding program of new hires (E-mails, preparation of welcome files etc.)
  • You ensure purchase order creation, monitor invoices and ensure payment
  • You keep function specific knowledge up to date to comply with relevant requirements, rules or regulations linked to L&D and participate in various projects

Your profile

  • You hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You communicate with clarity, empathy, confidence and easily engage with diverse audiences
  • You are proactive and have a service-oriented mindset with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building
  • You demonstrate a high level of commitment and ownership in daily tasks and broader initiatives.
  • You bring an innovative, solution-focused attitude, contributing to collective success with creativity and drive
  • You show initiative and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French or German. Knowledge of Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage.
