Learning & Development Agent (m / f / n)
Your tasks
- You act as a point of contact for the Learning & Development service and provide training administration including the planning, the logistic and coordination of courses
- You source Learning & Development suppliers and maintain records of any agreement and terms for future reviews
- You monitor course administration to efficiently establish the annual learning review due to MENJE (Ministère de l'Education Nationale, de la Jeunesse et de l'Enfance - INFPC)
- You support to select appropriate learning materials and programmes to provide effective and innovative solutions
- You participate to the onboarding program of new hires (E-mails, preparation of welcome files etc.)
- You ensure purchase order creation, monitor invoices and ensure payment
- You keep function specific knowledge up to date to comply with relevant requirements, rules or regulations linked to L&D and participate in various projects
Your profile
You hold a high school diploma or equivalentYou communicate with clarity, empathy, confidence and easily engage with diverse audiencesYou are proactive and have a service-oriented mindset with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship buildingYou demonstrate a high level of commitment and ownership in daily tasks and broader initiatives.You bring an innovative, solution-focused attitude, contributing to collective success with creativity and driveYou show initiative and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomesHighly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French or German.
