As a Senior Customer Support - Investment Platform, your responsibilities are :
- Respond to client inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Be the first point of contact for customers located in Belgium and Luxembourg
- Assist with onboarding new clients to the investment platform
- Promote the company's investment products and services
- Offer financial advice and guidance to clients
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to improve client service
- Keep up to date with market trends and financial products, and regulations
A successful Senior Customer Support - Investment Platform should have :
A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of investment products and financial marketsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to provide personalized advice based on clients' needsCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentGood command of French or Dutch and basic knowledge of the other languageAbility to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environmentThe role is based in Luxembourg (Cloche d'Or area).
