Your Mission
You will be active in CBRE’s fast growing retail team. Within the Retail Warehousing department, you will be responsible as a consultant for building and maintaining contacts with an important network of real estate owners, developers and corporates.
Your responsibilities will include
- Sourcing, initiating, negotiating and closing Letting and Sales deals in Luxembourg
- Actively marketing and organizing prospection for portfolios of retail units
- Prospecting and generating new business
Your profile
You have an excellent knowledge of Luxembourg city, and ideally an experience within a real estate agency, retail, or similar environment would be advantageousYou are fluent in French and English.Your Skills
You have a particular interest in Real Estate, a friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills, capable to build a long-term relationship with clientsYou like working in the field, participate to some events and you have a strong network in Luxembourg citySelf-motivated, with a high level of self-discipline and responsibility, you have the ability to work well under pressure as part of a team and as an individualStrong negotiating and selling skills verbalWe offer
