What you will be working on

As the Head of IT Platforms and Operations, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency within our technology ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include :

• Leading and Inspiring Teams : Oversee IT Infrastructure (Networks and Systems), Digital Workplace, and Platform Engineering (DEVOPS) teams.
• Driving Collaboration : Foster synergies across teams to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
• Leveraging Emerging Technologies : Accelerate digital transformation and align IT strategies with business goals.
• Enhancing the Digital Experience : Deliver solutions that support modern work environments and cloud-based technologies.
• Global Collaboration : Work with KPMG teams worldwide to ensure compliance with global standards and practices.
• Fostering Innovation : Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement to stay ahead in a fast-moving environment.
• Monitoring Performance Metrics : Uphold quality standards and ensure operational excellence.
