Corporate Actions Income Officer - CDD until August 2026

The Corporate Actions Department is in charge of collecting and processing all types of corporate actions and income events that might affect the capital structure of a company, starting with information collection to reporting, in an accurate and timely manner. Additionally, the Corporate Actions Department monitors and processes tax related subjects on the assets under custody. In order to support the Corporate Actions Department, we are looking for a Corporate Actions Income Officer until August 2026. Your main tasks will be to : Handle the end to end income flow, from notifications to settlement (coupons, cash dividend, maturities and paydown) Manage cash and forex related Handle the income on Syndicated loans instrument (coupons, partial reimbursement and re-balancing of tranches). Job requirements : Experience in financial institution Studies in Finance / Economics Very good level of English Good command of the Microsoft office tools (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Good knowledge of Olympic and Swift is an added value Be able to manage stress and a high volume under timing constraint Fast learner and comfortable with daily cut-off time Have good analytical skil...
