Join Amazon's Worldwide Operations Security (WWOS) Strategy team as a Senior Strategy Risk Manager responsible for developing and implementing security through critical documentation frameworks. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to develop and refine strategic communications, operational plans, and executive-ready materials that support WWOS's mission to prevent, detect, and investigate security-related disruptions across Amazon's expanding business lines. You will play a crucial role in documenting and communicating WWOS's OP2'25 strategic initiatives, including our savings plan through End-to-End Secure Network, Cost to Serve optimization, and Operational Resilience programs.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end development of high-impact strategic documents, including Operational Plans, Strategic Planning Sessions (SPS), white papers, and executive communications
- Partner with WWOS senior leadership to translate complex security initiatives and data into clear, compelling narratives that drive action and alignment
- Develop and maintain documentation standards, templates, and best practices for the organization
- Lead the review and editing PR process for critical deliverables, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and strategic alignment
- Create and manage change management documentation to support major initiatives and organizational transformations
- Transform complex data and metrics into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholder audiences
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to gather input and ensure comprehensive coverage of WWOS's strategic priorities
- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Drive continuous improvement in documentation processes and tools
- Adapt communication strategies based on emerging security threats and business needs
