Your mission : The Partner Career and Development Specialistis responsible for supporting the team in managing career and development programs or processes for partners, at any stage of the career lifecycle (examples : partner performance evaluation and promotion / progression processes within the partnership, development programs at any stage of the partner career, etc.) which constitutesthe majority of the role. Additionally, the role shall involve contributing to transformation projects within the Partner Office team that are designed to enhance the overall experience of partners – this encompasses expectations in the digital / data analytics space.
