This independent and entrepreneurial AIFM has experienced consistent growth since its creation a decade ago. With a focus on Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt investments , the company combines agility with high-quality service. Corporate & Portfolio Officer - Your Role :

  • Coordinate daily operations for investment funds : including documentation collection, investment memos, subscriptions and interaction with counterparties.

You'll strengthen your strategic understanding of fund transactions and gain hands-on experience with complex structures.

  • Act as a liaison with internal teams (compliance, risk, valuation) and external providers :

    • A key role to ensure operational fluidity while developing your cross-functional communication skills.

  • Support investment committees and prepare reporting documents (KPI, board packs, client updates, etc.) :

    • You'll gain exposure to decision-making processes and improve your ability to produce impactful reporting.

  • Contribute to the day-to-day fund lifecycle management : such as FX hedging, invoice review, client onboarding, cash monitoring, and administrative follow-up.

    • A varied and transversal role that gives you a full view of the fund and portfolio management process.

    Corporate & Portfolio Officer - Your Profile :

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer or Company Secretary in an AIFM, fund management company or service provider .
  • You're confident managing a portfolio of fund-related structures and handling operational tasks with autonomy.
  • You are organized, proactive and team-oriented , with strong coordination skills.
  • You speak fluent English ; French is considered as an asset.
