Jetfly is a shared business aviation company based in Luxembourg on behalf of 450 co-owners. Our fleet is composed of 70 Pilatus aircraft (PC-12 and PC-24). We are looking for a Receptionist & Facilities Officer to join our Facilities team. Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player who loves interacting with people, is committed to providing exceptional client-focused service and advice and has a proactive attitude. You will report to the Facilities Manager and team up with another Receptionist and be part of a human-sized structure, with a pleasant and family environment. Job Description The tasks that the Employee must carry out include : Answer and forward incoming phone calls, provide information or take messages when needed. Organize couriers, send normal and registered mail open post and forward on to relevant departments in a confidential and professional manner. Handling of deliveries and parcels. Deal with vendors and monitoring their work to ensure the correct service is being provided, i.e., cleaning services, vending machines, plant services, coffee services, etc. Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable, including leaflets, newspapers, etc. Reception cover for visitors and deliveries and ensure that the office, meeting rooms and kitchens are clean and tidy. Monitor office stock levels for the kitchens, as well as stationary and ordering when necessary. Filling and emptying of dishwashers. Ensure that office equipment is in good working order, stationary is replenished, and all employee facilities are always clean and tidy. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (issue visitor badges). Keep a record of office supply inventory and expenses. Other duties as assigned. Profile You have very good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit. You are autonomous, respective of deadlines and have a developed sense of customer service.
