Responsibilities
Acting as a client contact and managing all aspects of Luxembourg companies from set-up to liquidation, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions
Organize board and shareholder meetings
Arranging relevant publications on the Luxembourg Business Register
Drafting corporate documents and agreements
Opening bank accounts and arranging company payments
Keeping company’s electronic and physical files in good order
Ensuring compliance with relevant Luxembourg regulatory requirements
Required profile
Profile
Degree educated in Law
3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, within a Private Equity structure or fiduciary
Knowledge of relevant Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements
Fluent in written and spoken English is a prerequisite - a (very) good level in French is also seen as an advantage
PC literate (MS Office)
