Vontobel Holding AGLuxembourg, LUAre you ready to lead our Finance department in Luxembourg and eager for the challenge of driving financial excellence?
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Finance to take charge of our Finance team, guiding key initiatives and ensuring the integrity of all financial operations.
What would your role be?
- Ensure robust and efficient delivery of the Mancos finance duties such as capital requirements, liquidity management, accounts payable
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting, tax compliance (entity and funds), and regulatory reporting for the entity.
- Coordinate and review the management fee and service fee flows
- Lead transfer pricing review and oversee branch financial activities, including consolidation
- Manage relationships with service providers, monitor service quality through KPI collection and Due Diligence, and identify risks or deficiencies.
- Support Executive Management and Board with provision of financial information, and a strengthening of cost management
- Lead and coordinate the production of annual accounts, legal audits and LFR processes
- Lead the Finance team by maintaining high performance, developing talent, and proactively managing tasks and priorities.
- Oversee office management functions, ensure business continuity, and transition the office to sustainable practices.
What are we looking for?
A University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in heading a finance team, preferably in a Management Company.
Strong understanding of the asset management business and management company activities and the related regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
