As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, building, and customizing the service catalog of the platform. You will create and customize new catalog items and new flows to support ITIL processes such as service requests, incidents, and changes. You will assist and manage application updates, data loading, and maintenance. You will also be responsible for daily support and maintenance operations. Responsibilities Design, develop, build, and customize the service catalog of the platform Create and customize new catalog items and new flows to support ITIL processes (service requests, incidents, changes) Assist and manage application updates, data loading, and maintenance Manage daily support and maintenance operations Experience Integrations Data Import / Export Updatesets Knowledge of ITSM application Incidents Service Catalog Change Experience in creating catalog items Analyzing with service owners Proposing technical solutions Writing analysis documents for forms and workflows Creating forms Creating flows Conducting unit testing Good command of scripting : UI, Client, Br, ACL Skills and expertise Certifications ServiceNow CSA Any certification on existing specialized ServiceNow applications (advantage)
