Job Description

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a dynamic team of 6 people supporting mission-critical applications for our client.

  • Provide functional and technical support for front-office and private banking applications
  • Handle Level 2 / 2.5 incident analysis, including non-standard production issues
  • Liaise with development and infrastructure teams to coordinate issue resolution and deployments
  • Manage application releases and patching, including early morning production go-lives
  • Participate in a rotation-based shift (between 7 : 30 AM and 6 : 30 PM)
  • Be available for monthly Saturday patching (on rotation) and occasional weekend go-lives
  • Ensure documentation of recurring issues and knowledge sharing with the team

Technical environment :

SQL, Linux, SSH scripting, Docker

Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus

Qualifications

  • Master Degree in IT or relevant experience in a similar role (2-5 years)
  • Experience in a Production Support or Application Support role, ideally in a financial environment
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot and document undocumented issues
  • Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in French. English is a plus
