Specialist Quality Management

Key Accountabilities :

Support in developing, maintaining, expanding and documenting a QM system, QM objectives, emergency and inspection plans, as well as inspection sections, in consultation with the respective departments and external certification authorities

Ascertaining creation and maintenance of work instructions and process descriptions

Controlling and updating all quality-relevant documents

Cooperating with external laboratories regarding the microbiological, chemical and physical inspection of raw and finished goods

Recognizing and highlighting quality and food fraud risks and taking corrective action if necessary

Initiating, conducting and coordinating quality assurance measures and conducting crisis management tasks according to emergency plan

Tracking supplier accreditations, conducting supplier evaluation

Coordinating the correct creation and release of purchase specifications according to gategroup standards in

cooperation with external authorities and Category Management in the gategroup Specifications Tool Coordinating and updating supplier quality agreements in consultation with Category Management

Processing of complaints with customers and suppliers

Conducting samplings and evaluations of new purchased goods
