What will you do?
Assist in corporate governance matters for an assigned portfolio under the supervision of senior team members.
Support the organization, preparation, and coordination of board and shareholder meetings (e.g., gathering documents, logistics, filing).
Draft corporate documentation such as board and shareholder meeting minutes and resolutions, with review by senior colleagues.
Assist with mandatory filings to the Luxembourg Business Register (including deposits, except orders, and research).
Help prepare KYC documentation, bank account opening forms, and signing requests, coordinating with external parties as required.
Ensure company records and statutory registers are maintained and updated in the relevant systems, with support from the team, to ensure good standing.
Assist in drafting agreements and contracts using approved templates.
Handle day-to-day correspondence with clients and liaise with banks, service providers, notaries, and administrations as required.
Contribute to ad hoc corporate-secretarial tasks as needed.
This offer is for you if :
You have at least a Bachelor degree in Law, business administration, economics, finance or any other relevant field;
You have at least 1 year of experience as Corporate Officer, preferably in the Asset Management field (Private Equity, Real Estate, Alternative Investments)
You are fluent in English (any other language is an asset)
You have excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills with a professional approach at all times in accordance with policies and procedures, legal / regulatory requirements
You are able to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters and meet deadlines
You are extremely organized and rigorous
You are able to build good working relationships and gain confidence of others
