MIN 5 YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN LPH 5-8 : IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING,

AWARDING, SITE MANAGEMENT / CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

YOUR TASKS :

  • Preparation and control of bills of quantities
  • Participation in the award
  • Coordination of the various trades on the construction site
  • Detailed control and updating of the construction schedule
  • Communication with the builders, the specialist planners and the executing companies
  • Participation in construction meetings and acceptance tests
  • Communication with manufacturers / suppliers on technical issues
  • Monitoring of the execution according to building specifications and specifications
  • Project team management

    • YOUR QUALIFICATIONS :

  • A degree in architecture
  • Experience in construction management
  • Good communication skills and a solution-oriented attitude
  • Knowledge of technical standards
  • A systematic, responsible and goal-oriented way of working
  • Social competence and ability to work in a team
  • Confident handling of subject-specific programs and common MS Office applications
  • Language skills : German and English (French and / or Luxembourgish would be an advantage)
