Missions

Purpose of the function :

Manage, develop, and steer the International desk in all its aspects

Define and own a coherent business plan (for desk & different markets) inline with risk appetite of the bank

Offer & promote the bank's full range of services & products to prospects and existing clients with important / significant assets to meet the needs of clients while drawing on all internal experts

Establish long-term relationship of trust with clients

Achieve predefined objectives and KPI’s (RoA, NNM, AUM, Credits, Private Equity, ...)

Contribute actively and positively to the growth of the Bank’s franchise both locally and internationally

Responsibilities & Tasks :

Develop a business plan for the market(s) for which you are responsible

Achieve RoA / NNM / AUM objectives & optimize the profitability of the business

Promote the bank’s range of services & products to prospects and existing clients

Prospect for new clients by referencing the existing business / clients

Prospect independently for new contacts, by participating in internal events or via internal vectors

Systematic presentation to prospects of offers (PE, Credit / Financing / DPM / ADV / ESG Solutions / Insurance / …)

Develop and retain an existing portfolio of customers (HNWI and UHNWI), protect, monitor and retain existing customers

Identify customer / client needs

Coach, lead, manage and supervise your team

Optimize administrative monitoring within the regulatory framework - carry out remediation campaigns for customers' administrative files (PKR, MiFID, MiFID Sustainable, ...)

Ensure that team members are up to date with mandatory trainings (Compliance, AML, ESG, cross border...)

Measure and monitor evolution of existing clientele managed by teams under responsibility

Monitor teams' schedules and travel

Monitor of major movements and verification of their justifications

Monitor account closures and provide support for Wealth managers in the analysis of relevant actions to try to retain customers

Manage, steer and coordinate credit files and credit / operational risk

Manage & follow up problematic credits, assure timely renewals & revisions of credit files

Regular & pertinent information to the Head of Head of Wealth Management Europe Central & Nord as well as DGA Commercial

Organization of back-ups so that customers are always taken care of in the absence of their usual correspondent

Compléments

Coach and exemplary conduct for teams in terms of regulatory compliance

Control of file compliance with MIFID (100% compliant)

Compliance without exception with all regulations in force (AML, KYC, etc.)

Recording of all customer contacts and control of the completeness of the information required in the CRM

Interact with all types of internal (CA Group, CAI Groupo at all levels) and external (clients, lawyers, business leaders, notaries, auditors, … ) stakeholders.

Interact with a large number of departments on complex subjects

Niveau d'études minimum

Bac + 5 / M2 et plus

Formation / Spécialisation

Master in Economics, Applied Economics, International Business Affairs or any other relevant field, CFA chart holder, CAIA chart holder, …

Niveau d'expérience minimum

11 ans et plus

Expérience

Proven commercial experience of at least 10-15 years in the financial sector (wealth management, wealth advice, Family Office, private banking, wealth structuring, ...)

Compétences recherchées

Strong knowledge of financial markets, products & market practices

Excellent skills in wealth & asset management and financial products

Good knowledge of legal and tax matters (asset structures, B23, ...)

Very good knowledge of the regulatory framework (AML, KYC, TF, cross border, …)

This position is subject to the provisions of CSSF circular 17 / 665 which aims to implement the ESMA Guidelines published on 22 March 2016 relating to the assessment of the knowledge and skills of staff providing investment advice

The knowledge and skills required by this position are subject to mandatory annual assessment, verification and updating

MiFID Advisory certification is mandatory
