Open-ended contract, in-house at one of our customersTeleworking 1 day a week The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and administration of ServiceNow applications. This role involves analyzing issues, developing solutions, and managing the lifecycle of IT processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM), Change Management, Problem Management, Portfolio Management, and Project Management. Required skills and qualificationsExperience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.Certification : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is highly desirable.Technical Skills : Proficiency in JavaScript and other relevant tool languages.Methodology : Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.Language : Fluent in English (C2 proficiency level).Dispo ASAP in Luxembourg Soft skills : Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred qualifications : Additional certifications in ServiceNow or related fields.Experience with other IT management tools and frameworks.
