Leveraged & Acquisition Finance Credit Analyst (Senior Associate to Director)

R Posted byRecruiterOur client, a major European banking group is seeking to make several additions to its Leveraged Transactions Group in Luxembourg. (Ideally 1 Senior Ass / Junior VP & 1 SVP to Director)

The group works with colleagues in Deal Origination to support mainly mid-market financing deals clients in the UK, Europe and North America.

The successful candidates will be responsible for deal & credit analysis, as well as modelling, deal structuring and negotiations as part of a wider integrated deal team.

Applications are sought from individuals with strong Credit Analysis Skills ideally with exposure to Leveraged & Acquisition Finance transactions.

The client is open to candidates interested in relocating to Luxembourg or living & working nearby who canmute in daily.
