Deputy IT Manager (m / f / d)
Your area of responsibility :
- Participation in the strategic planning and implementation of the IT strategy
- Planning, managing and implementing IT projects, including resource and time planning
- Implementing new technologies to improve efficiency
- Development and implementation of IT security concepts
- Monitoring and optimization of the existing IT infrastructure
- Cost control and optimization of IT expenditure
- Support in the selection and implementation of specialist systems
- Organization and implementation of training courses for employees on the use of IT systems and applications or on IT security topics
- Creating and maintaining documentation on IT systems and projects
- Ensuring clear communication and documentation standards within the IT team
Our requirements :
Professional requirementsCompleted training as an IT specialist - system integration or comparable qualificationAt least 5 years of experience in the IT sector, ideally in the support of entire IT landscapesMany years of experience in the administration of networks and serversKnowledge of IT security standards and data protection regulations (e.g. BSI basic protection)Experience in the planning and implementation of IT projectsKnowledge of ERP systems (e.g. proALPHA) is an advantagePersonal requirementsStrong problem solving skills and analytical thinkingHigh self-motivation and willingness to take on responsibilityExcellent communication skills to convey technical information in an understandable wayAdaptability in a dynamic environment with changing requirementsEntrepreneurial thinking, coordination and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and in a teamAdditional requirementsGood written and spoken English skillsExperience in the mechanical engineering or manufacturing industry an advantageAdditional IT certificates are desirableWe offer :
