Task Responsibilities :

  • Support the Director People Services with the management of day to day tasks
  • Act as a representative of the Director People Services during absences
  • Support the team coordination and follow up on tasks
  • Answer employees’ complex requests autonomously and support them whenever required
  • Support the review, simplification and alignment of processes
  • Enrich the documentation to foster employees self service
  • Prepare communications with various stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
  • Perform change management activities
  • Implement and monitor KPIs

Essential Requirements For The Position :

  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or similar
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR consultant or similar
  • Knowledge in national and international tax and social security rules would be distinct advantage

  • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud would be considered as an asset
  • Understanding of Luxembourhish HR legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Good understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods

  • Ability to work individually but also as part of a diverse team
  • Fluency in English; any other languages are considered as an advantage
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office products
  • Working Conditions :

  • Full-time, permanent position based in Luxembourg
  • Flexible with working hours
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
