FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label fund services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.

Technology & Operations designs and integrates software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms to banking and corporate solutions. The division is responsible for some of the Group’s key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and fund administration services.

Your role

FundPartner Solutions (Europe) SA (“FPSE”) is creating a new role to administer fund fees and data. We are seeking a manager willing to commit to an opportunity to develop the service unit and design the related processes. This senior position will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

You will be responsible for :

  • Setting up a new centre of expertise covering fund fees and data management.
  • Driving the design of the operating model, the implementation of the operational and reconciliation processes as well as the associated risk control framework.
  • Defining the service unit roadmap to support this development.
  • Being accountable for the daily production activities (planning, execution and control) and management reporting of the service unit.
  • Establishing client invoicing as well as tax reporting.
  • Endorsing the management responsibilities over the team of experts that will make up this unit.
  • Maintaining the data governance matrix of FPSE and further developing processes and architecture related to static and dynamic data.
  • Interacting regularly with many stakeholders, such as client relationship managers, chief financial officers and their financial teams, technology teams and other operations units, as well as auditors.

Your profile

  • Master’s degree or equivalent qualifications in finance and relevant fields.
  • At least 8-10 years’ experience with a  strong finance or accounting  background, ideally with previous experience in financial auditing or a control function.
  • Previous successful experience in an fund operations environment.
  • Experienced team leader.
  • Very good communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Strong client-oriented mindset; pragmatic in defining and implementing quality, risk-free solutions.
  • Rigorous, well organized with strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Ability to design processes and identify and leverage IT changes to improve the robustness, quality and resiliency of the operating model.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Sense of urgency, combined with problem-solving skills and an ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experienced user of fund accounting software “Multifonds” a plus.
  • Fluency in French and English (both written and oral).
