Our Human Resources Administration team provides administrative andoffice support to all of our Internal Firm Services teams as well as plans, organizes, and implements administrative systems that help support our employees

Be a part of our team where you will :

  • Lead and develop the Employee Administration team, ensuring high-quality execution of all HR administrative processes;
  • Proactively identify challenges and opportunities within HR processes, making actionable recommendations for enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Ensure adherence to risk management protocols and compliance procedures, continuously monitoring for potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies;
  • Stay alertwith developments in HR best practices and trends, compliance and legal last updates integrating relevant insights into operational strategies to enhance the HR function;
  • Communicate confidently and articulately, both verbally and in written materials, ensuring clarity and alignment across all HR communications and documentation;
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication;
  • Ensure alignment with the firm’s ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity and accountability.

Let’s talk about you. If you …

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certificationis preferred;
  • Have 7+ years of experience in HR operations or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role;
  • Show strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making;
  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels;
  • Have proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strategic focus;
  • Hold a Certification or demonstrate some knowledge on the Luxembourgish Labor Law, it will be an asset;
  • Are fluent in both English and French.
