Job summary The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating IT Projects, controlling the project timeline, progress and changes and of monitoring the project development. This includes the reporting of the project status to keep all stakeholders informed. Objectives of this roleBuild and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivationLead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigationCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budgetAnalyze and share project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be metEstablish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders and teams, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Tasks & responsibilitiesManaging and coordinating IT projectsDefining and clarifying project scope, including development of a project plan and deliverables (Scope, Time and Budget)Identifying project needs, including resources, team members and involvement of other departmentsCoordination of team effort, assigning tasks, providing direction to project members and motivating the teamAssurance Quality of the project execution including all aspects of its executionAdhere to their Project Delivery FrameworkIdentify and analyze risks related to the projectControlling of project timeline, progress and changesCreating schedule and project timeline, preventing budget overruns and report project progressionImplementation and managing of necessary changes to meet project objectives and assure project qualityControl and documentation of project progress and evaluation of project stages until the end resultMonitoring Project DevelopmentProduce Project DocumentationEnsure proper documentation of Project according to internal standardsReport Project StatusMonitor and control project progress (schedule, budget, scope, risks); keep stakeholders informed. Job requirements Experience / knowledge / skills : BSc / BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and proven working experience as an IT Project Manager in Finance sectorExcellent Client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and JiraAnalytical and critical mindsetExcellent English language skills, German & French language skills are considered as advantageExperience with Temenos Core Banking software (T24 and / or Triple'A) are considered as an advantage
