We are currently looking for, for one of our clients located in Esch-sur-Alzette : Talent Acquisition Support Officer (M / F) The role : Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates Help organize interviews and assist in maintaining communication with applicants Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure smooth administrative handling of recruitment steps Maintain data quality in our applicant tracking system and assist in reporting on key metrics Help ensure compliance with internal procedures and relevant legal standards, with a focus on GDPR Your profile :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
• Several years of experience in recruitment
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Organized, reliable, and proactive with a collaborative mindset
• Able to quickly adapt and provide effective support in a dynamic environment
