Mission
Within the “Métier Banques”, you will contribute to the assessment and monitoring of compliance with digital and operational resilience rules in the context of the prudential supervision of credit institutions to (e.g. DORA, RTS, ITS, EBA GL).
Role & responsibilities
- Monitor credit institutions' compliance with the various rules applicable in the context of ICT risk
- Participating in and contributing to the work of the competence centre for the supervision of ICT risk matters within the “Métier Banques”
- Assisting the hierarchy and the various analysts of the “Métier Banques” in the execution of our banking supervision duties in relation to ICT risk
- Analysing the various reportings dedicated to or including ICT risk topics
- Performing horizontal analyses on credit institutions’ ICT risk level and control
- Providing in-house training on both technical and regulatory aspects regarding ICT risk
Your profile
University degree (Bac +4 / +5) in information systems and / or economics, finance, business management with an ICT focusProven professional experience of at least 3 years in the field of ICT governance, ICT risk management, IT auditing, or IT security and ideally within the financial sectorProven experience and knowledge of relevant regulationsGood understanding of the requirements introduced by the Digital Operational Resilience Act and foremost in relation to ICT risk management, ICT incident management, digital operational resilience testing and ICT third-party risk managementCISA, CISM, CISSP or equivalent certifications are an assetFluency in written and spoken English as well as French and / or German. Knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantageExcellent writing, analytical, summarising and communication skillsFlexibility, availability, rigour, organisational skills, initiative and proactivityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood interpersonal and interaction skillsAvailable to travel abroadThe successful candidate (m / f) will be hired as public employee (“employé de l’Etat”) under a permanent contract. If the candidate meets the required conditions, s / he will be asked to apply for admission to the status of civil servant (“fonctionnaire de l’Etat”).
Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
