Hays - Audio Visual Expert and Helpdesk L2

We are looking for an Audio Visual Expert and Helpdesk L2 for our client.
Your responsibilities Support users with technical issues related to software, system and networking Single point of contact for customers contacting the service desk Resolution of incidents level 1 and 2 Maintain an effective working knowledge of incident resolution across all areas of IT Ensure that incidents and requests are properly logged, assigned, tracked and responded Responsible for delivering an efficient and professional audio visual and media service during internal and client events (audio visual equipment in auditorium, meeting rooms, webinar platforms, video conference calls etc.) Work in close contact with the international team abroad Your profile At least 3 years of experience in a customer facing within an IT Support Environment You are fluent in French and ENGLISH (Mandatory) High school diploma in IT Clear verbal and communication skills for customers Good knowledge in : Webex, Zoom, Skype, MS Teams Deep knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office If you are interested by this opportunity, do not hesitate to send your resume via the button below.
