Corporate Officer – No Timesheet, 32 Days Off

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – SPVs - Officer – Legal – Corporate Officer – Law

  • Manage company incorporations and support all stages of the entity lifecycle.
  • Handle the preparation and coordination of board and shareholder meetings and ensure proper maintenance of corporate records.
  • Take part in KYC procedures, liaise with local authorities, and maintain up-to-date legal documentation.
  • Draft and review agreements, legal filings, and other corporate documentation.
  • Assist with liquidations and support interactions with notaries and external partners.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate – SPVs - Officer – Legal – Corporate Officer – Law

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a Corporate or Legal Officer in Luxembourg, with strong exposure to SPVs. You have evolved in a PFS, investment firm or fiduciary in Luxembourg up to now.
  • You communicate fluently in English, and any additional language will be an asset.
  • You are driven by the desire to grow professionally, and you appreciate clear career planning.
  • A degree in Law will be considered a plus but is not mandatory.
