Are you looking forward to taking on a new role as Team Lead of Project Managers that specialized on data projects ? A client in the IT Services is currently looking for a Head of Project Management - Data (industry permanent contract). The company is located in Luxembourg with 25 to 30 employees. We are seeking a Project Manager Team Lead to oversee and support a team dedicated to managing data-driven projects. This strategic role requires strong expertise in project management, experience implementing tracking tools, and the ability to thrive in a data-focused environment. Your responsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, ensuring their growth and performanceDesign and implement an effective project tracking tool in collaboration with stakeholders to streamline workflowsStructure and optimise project management processes to align with strategic objectives and ensure operational efficiencyOversee and manage complex projects, with a primary focus on data-related initiatives (data collection, analysis, visualisation, management, etc.)Facilitate clear communication across teams, departments, and external stakeholdersEnsure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet established performance indicators Required skills for this roleProven experience in managing and leading project management teamsStrong expertise in data-oriented projects and familiarity with data management tools and methodologiesExperience of implementing project management or tracking tools from scratchCertification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications)Experience in data analytics, data governance, or similar fields.Knowledge of industry-standard tools like Jira, Monday.com, or other project management softwareExcellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProficiency in English knowledge of other languages is a plus Your rewards and benefits for this roleSalary based on 12 monthsWFH policy (1day per week for residents, 34 days a year for non-residents)Parking spotMeal vouchersAnd many more other benefits
