Your responsibilities
Monitoring and management of the tasks dedicated to the Risk Management Employee
Proposing improvement in the various risk management processes, by ensuring the compliance of the policies and procedures with the regulatory framework
Identification and evaluation of potential risks (i.e. risk assessment) that impact the Bartle's objectives, operations and financial health
Strong capacity analysis of the emerging risks (i.e. cyber risk, climate related risk, business environmental Risk, ... )
Developing a risk management culture in the Bartle
Verification of the data accuracy on all risk management reports (internal and external reporting)
Close communication with operational departments to understand persistent issues and prioritize remediation.
Supporting Risk in developing a risk strategy and plan that support project delivery of which the risk register must be a part
Identification and correction of the potential control deficiencies
Taking wider initiatives resulting from Regulatory, Audit or Front Office deliverables - To be shared with the Risk Manager
Support in the preparation of the Risk Management Committee
Monitoring and developing of Key Risk Indicators
Profil recherché
Education & Experience
Bachelor in Finance or Economics
At least 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position
Strong experience in banking risk assessment methodologies
Knowledge
Overall banking knowledge
Knowledge of the general tools and techniques of risk management
Very good knowledge of the regulatory environment of financial institutions
Languages
Fluent in English and in French
IT skills
Microsoft Suite (familiar with Excel macros, Access)
Thaler
Familiar with One Sum X or other similar platform would be an asset
Personal skills
High sense of confidentiality
Strong sense of organization
Persistence, an eye for detail and ability to complete projects and keep to deadlines (in respect of risk reporting)
Accurate

Salary : depending on profile and experience (60-70K)
