What you’ll do
As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the Vodafone Procure & Connect brand and bringing our products and services to life. This is a dynamic opportunity where you’ll get hands-on experience in content creation, campaign execution, event coordination, and market trend analysis. You’ll collaborate with passionate teams across Sales, Product, and Operations—gaining exposure to real-world business challenges while helping drive our growth. - Develop Marketing Materials : You will create and enhance brand assets—including sales collateral, website content, and social media materials—ensuring alignment with Vodafone’s brand guidelines to maintain a strong and consistent brand presence.
- Execute Campaigns : You will support the implementation of marketing plans for both existing and new products, helping to drive visibility and commercial success.
- Support Trade Marketing and Sales Events : You will coordinate trade marketing activities and provide end-to-end support for sales events, ensuring smooth execution and impactful engagement.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders : You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Vodafone’s broader marketing teams, to ensure alignment on objectives and successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to Thought Leadership : You will partner with analysts and researchers to support the development of whitepapers and benchmarking studies that reinforce Vodafone’s position as a thought leader in the industry.
- Drive Continuous Improvement : You will assess, measure, and refine marketing activities to ensure they remain effective and aligned with evolving business goals.

Product Knowledge & Technical Understanding : You quickly absorb complex product information and can translate technical features of Vodafone Procure & Connect’s offerings into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with customers.Customer-centric Approach : You put the customer at the heart of everything you do—understanding their needs and behaviors to design marketing materials that boost awareness and engagement.Creative Content Development : You bring ideas to life through storytelling and innovative campaigns, especially across digital and social media platforms, capturing attention and driving action.Stakeholder Management & Communication : You build strong, trusted relationships and communicate with clarity and confidence, working collaboratively to align goals and deliver impactful results.Content Creation Skills : You have a knack forcreating engaging, audience-specific content that resonates—whether it’s for digital platforms, social media, or targeted campaigns.Education : You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field, equipping you with a strong foundation in strategic thinking, communication, and creativity.Experience : You bring 1–2 years of hands-on experience, ideally in a B2B marketing environment, where you've had the chance to contribute to real-world campaigns and learn from cross-functional teams.
