Your next challenge :

  • Support the Tax Services team on daily activities
  • Controls of the monitoring plans, controls to be done to ensure the quality of tax withheld, customer documentation to respect the bank tax duties,
  • Internal controls on accounts, internal accounts, transactions,
  • Prepare tax declarations / requests to fiscal authorities,
  • Collect and prepare documentation needed for tax authorities (tax reclaim), pre-filling with financial data,
  • Archive controls evidence, Prepare and update the procedure and documentation of the Business as Usual

What you will learn :

  • How double taxation treaties can be used to help our Wealth Management and Institutional clients : Understand the tax reclaim process (analyse of amount to be recovered depending on the client nature and juridictions, collect the needed documentation, fill in forms and exchange with tax authorities),
  • Discover the bank environment in Securities : what are the links between custodians, brokers, tax administrations and banks,
  • How banks monitor the client's operations in the context of data exchange with fiscal authorities (FATCA, CRS,), ie monitoring of needed documentation and control on a daily basis operation (trades, transfers…).
  • Your skills :

  • You are a student currently enrolled at a business school, university with a major in finance, economics or science.
  • English (written and spoken)
  • French is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft MS-Office tools (Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)Rigorous
