We are looking for you as

IT support employee for central IT (m / f / d)

at the earliest possible date

What you can expect :

In this position, you will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of workstations under macOS, including the installation of software and the administration of user accounts. In addition, you will support the team in the support and administration of our heterogeneous client-server environment. You will be responsible for independent error analysis and troubleshooting in 1st and 2nd level support for around 150 employees. Your tasks will include the creation and ongoing maintenance of IT documentation. You will also actively assist in the selection, procurement and commissioning of IT equipment and ensure that the workstations are always optimally equipped. Depending on your suitability, you will also be involved in internal IT projects.

What we want from you :

• Completed studies with an IT focus, or comparable professional training (e.g. IT specialist) with several years of practical experience in the IT sector or relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned fields of activity
• Sound knowledge of current operating systems in the client-server environment, in particular macOS on the client side and Linux in the server area
• Basic network knowledge as well as knowledge of virtualization technologies and the administration of cloud services are an advantage
• Strong initiative, ability to work in a team and a high degree of service orientation
