Responsibilities :
A. Brand Management and Communication Areas :
Conduct all communication activities
Co-create and monitor implementation of brand development and external communication strategy
Strengthen relations with the market environment (investors, partners, etc.)
Design and launch projects strengthening the brand image
In charge of events, CSR programs, educational campaigns
Reinforce brand presence in social media and websites content
Seek new solutions & recommend brand development activities
Handle crisis communication
Ability to mitigate risk to prevent potential crises
Effective use of communication tools to minimize consequences of crises
Co-create and monitor implementation of internal brand and general communication strategies
Communicate corporate strategy, plans and changes for building full employee engagement
Develop and coordinate internal communication channels offline and online
Cooperate with the HR department in the field of employer branding
Design and implementation of employer branding campaigns, including in social media
B. Marketing and promotion area :
Co-create and supervise implementation of marketing / promotion strategies
Conduct media relations
Manage press office, including media monitoring, actively cooperate with the media and journalists
Prepare promotional materials for the Group companies
Provide support to commercial departments
Analyze markets and competition : conduct market research and monitor competition to identify new opportunities and threats
C. Department Administrative Activities :
Allocate resources of the Communications Department to carry out prioritized assignments
Acquisition activities
Support of environmental decision-making processes and activities in local communities
Manage planning, budgeting, reporting, and budgetary control
Monitor projects in the areas of branding and communications assigned or entrusted to other departments and various Eneris Group companies
Cooperate with external agencies and other service providers
Requirements :
A minimum of 5 years of team and project management experience in a similar position in brand management, communications and / or marketing departments
Strong leadership profile – team, external and internal customer orientation
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, high personal culture
Ability to negotiate and make quick decisions, handle stressful situations
Ability to manage projects in dynamic conditions
Highly developed editorial skills
Clear presentation of thoughts
Ability to translate technical information into understandable language
Tailoring the message to different types of audiences
Knowledge of MS Office tools
Advanced knowledge of English, minimum C1
Willingness to travel + driving license cat. B
Ideally familiarity with the environmental protection industry
