EyeTech Solutions - Senior Solution Engineer

EyeTech Solutions is hiring a Senior Solution Engineer to join our client's team in Luxembourg.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting the Technical Platform in regards to all core solution aspects of a Records Management off-the-shelf IT product. Our client is a key IT unit at a major bank, helping the bank to maintain and increase its compliance posture.

The Records and Information Management (RIM IT) solution is based on a market-leading standard software and is deployed on-premises physically in Luxembourg and CS Cloud Server VM. Tasks The Senior Solution Engineer will be responsible for managing end-to-end administration and implementation along with support for FileNet based archival applications in Luxembourg. The candidate will interact with Solution Architects, Business, and various other roles as required to design a robust, compliant platform and will be responsible for managing the scalability and performance of the system. The candidate will also play an active role in testing for Records based applications and have the opportunity to work on IBM FileNet with a deep understanding of various business goals and needs with respect to Records and Information Management. Profile Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field 10+ years' experience in Records and Content Management tools with senior-level technical knowledge of large records management systems 7+ years' experience as a Senior Software Engineer - Development Team Lead in the banking / finance environment within a global and matrix organization 10+ years' experience with IBM FileNet Content Platform Engine and IBM Enterprise Records in Large Enterprise Projects 3+ years' experience with Records management application implementing compliance with CSSF in Luxembourg and SEC 17a-3&4 regulations Knowledge of Gihub, Maven for development Knowledge on Release and Deployment Tools like Jenkins, Pipeline Positive personality and can-do attitude Passion and dedication for engineering excellence Good communication skills in English What we have to offer On-site work in Luxembourg Freelance contract 6 to 12 months with possible extensions Opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment Opportunity to work with a team dedicated to diversity and inclusion Competitive salary package Only CVs in English will be accepted.
