Department purpose

Our International Debt Capital Markets (DCM) department specialises in international capital markets work including securities law and capital markets regulation and stock exchange listings, as well as asset backed structures. You will join a dynamic team advising amongst others investment banks, alternative investment funds, international commercial banks, governments and public entities requiring advanced legal advice for complex operations.

Role purpose

We are currently looking for a Junior Lawyer in our International Debt Capital Markets department.

Key requirements

You have at least one year relevant experience within a law firm, ideally based in Luxembourg

You have attended or are eligible to attend the CCDL or the equivalent in another EU jurisdiction

You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French

You have a practical and solution-orientated approach to work

You are a team player, proactive and have excellent communication skills
