If you are a lawyer specializing in investment funds and seeking a rewarding new opportunity within an offshore law firm based in Luxembourg, this announcement is for you! Mid-Level Funds Lawyer - Your role will consist of :

Manage a portfolio of investment funds, providing comprehensive legal support and guidance.
Achieve an annual billable target of 1200 hours, engaging in diverse and challenging legal cases.
Work within a team of around thirty seasoned lawyers, gaining insights and expertise in various legal areas.
Operate in core areas such as corporate law, finance, and investment funds, strengthening your specialization.

Mid-Level Funds Lawyer - To do this, you must :

Hold a Master's degree in law, with strong expertise in investment funds.

Have between 2 and 4 years of experience in fund-related legal work in Luxembourg.

Possess the CCDL (Cours Complémentaires en Droit Luxembourgeois) and be listed on List 1 or List 4 of the Luxembourg Bar.

Be proficient in English, with additional skills in German and French being highly advantageous.

Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and drafting skills essential for legal documentation and client advisory.
