Financial Controller Department : Administration / Corporate Functions Employment Type : Full-Time (40 hours per week) Location : On-site (remote work is not available for the duration of this position) Overtime : Not applicable for the duration of this assignment Languages & Qualifications Languages : English : Proficient French : Business fluent Education : Degree : Master's Degree or equivalent Key Responsibilities : Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of the SAP organizational structure. Contribute to the creation of a database that encompasses legal, grants, and financial data related to industry collaborations and other grant projects. Collect, analyze, and update income data from external projects and other sources. Facilitate the onboarding of new team members with the time-sheet management system. Perform detailed financial data analysis to support decision-making. Track and compare project budgets with actual expenditures for EU-funded projects, collaborating with project managers on specific work packages. Ensure external project financial tracking by identifying and resolving missing budget entries in SAP, in collaboration with the FPC team.
