Software Developer (m / f / d) Functional Safety with a focus on embedded software

Field of activity

Specification of firmware modules for safety controllers
Pre-development of firmware modules for safety controllers
Development of an automated test architecture
Preparation, specification and maintenance of unit, module and system tests
Review of product specifications and security concepts
Cooperation with test centers

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, computer science, communications engineering, automation technology or a comparable field

Programming language skills in C, C++ and Python

Experience with safe control systems; preferably Beckhoff TwinSAFE or other manufacturers

Experience with functional safety standards (ISO 13849, IEC 61508, ISO 26262) and Machinery Directive is desirable

Experience with microcontrollers from ST or Microchip is desirable

Solution-oriented, independent and structured way of working

Very good written and spoken German and English skills
