As a core member of our Corporate Secretarial team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. Your Role : Will be assisting the Senior Corporate Officer on all legal and corporate matters for client companies, from company incorporation through to dissolution - in particular, you will assist the team with closing transactions, the preparation of various documents, maintaining statutory records, the good keeping of the company client files - in accordance with agreed deadlines Communicate with clients, advisors, lawyers, notaries, other professionals, government institutions and other Citco offices worldwide. Servicing periodic board meetings of client companies. You will be involved in preparation of agendas, minute taking and circulation; pursuing matters arising as appropriate. Perform statutory responsibilities including filing reports, accounts and any statutory notifications. Responsible for filing legal and other documents and maintain Citco's electronic databases. Will be involved in data input and maintenance of client databases. Involved in liaising with the various stakeholders to ensure KYC is complete and maintained. Ad hoc assignments might be involved. About You : Graduate in business and / or corporate law. Have at least 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Private Equity / Real Estate asset class administration in a similar role Willing to further develop company law knowledge. Highly organized and accurate, self-motivated and eager to take ownership of your portfolio of clients. Work effectively within a team, as well as, individually. Client focused, service-minded and showing a dynamic attitude. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills – fluent level of English (French / German would definitely be a valuable asset).
