To accelerate our expansion, we are looking for a high-energy Business Manager who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting and is ready to take on a 360-degree role in business development and talent management.

What will you do?

At Advisory Key, your success is our success. We offer you the opportunity to build and manage your own business unit within ourpany. As a Business Manager, you will take on a high-impact role with full responsibility for :

Business Development & Client Management

  • Identifying, prospecting, and developing new client relationships.
  • Managing and growing key accounts by understanding their needs and delivering solutions.
  • Negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients.
  • Responding to RFPs and RFQs to win new business opportunities.

Talent Acquisition & Consultant Management

  • Recruiting top consultants aligned with our client needs.
  • Managing and coaching your consultant team, ensuring their professional growth and success.
  • Acting as their key point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

  • Your profile

  • Business or Finance degree (or equivalent experience).
  • A first experience in a fast-paced B2B sales, recruitment, or consulting environment.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • A strong ability to negotiate, sell, and inspire confidence in clients and candidates alike.
  • A passion for the financial sector and consulting industry is a big plus!
