In the last two years, the client has established a Machine Learning (ML) architecture to acquire a deeper understanding of patterns within aviation safety, flights operations and revenue management. Now, we aim to take the next step in this transition - preparing this architecture and framework to serve more complex use cases and projects. For this, we are seeking proposals from qualified data science consulting firms or independent consultants to support the review and improvement of the ML framework and associated Proofs of Concept (PoCs) within the client?s environnement. This initiative aims to suggest improvements and changes, and to drive innovation, delivering optimized operational tasks, and enhanced decision-making. The selected consultants will collaborate with our internal teams to Review the ML architecture, identify discrepancies from ML architecture standards and suggest improvements and changes to allow for a robust and ready framework which will be used for major ML projects in 2026. Define a reference architecture for the industrialization of ML models, integrating data management, training, validation, versioning, continuous deployment (CI / CD), as well as performance monitoring and drift detection. Ensure smooth integration with the existing tools and platforms, including cloud services, Azure DevOps pipeline tools, monitoring and observability tools and data management solutions. For this, knowledge in SAP BW / 4, Azure Synapse, and SAP?s new Business Data Cloud is required. Develop and validate PoCs that demonstrate the value of ML in areas such as flight operations optimization, revenue management analytics, crew requirement forecasting and safety analytics. Provide strategic guidance on data architecture, model governance, and deployment best practices to manage the entire lifecycle of ML models We invite experienced consultancies with a strong track record in applied machine learning, preferably within regulated or complex industries, to submit their proposals. Profil candidat : Required Qualification 5 years of experience working in Data Science Clear understanding of ML statistical methods, their limitations, requirements including some experience leveraging traditional tests (such as ANOVAs, Multi-level modelling, etc.) and their integration in the ML sphere Fluent in Python and SQL Experience in managing the entire lifecycle of ML models Experience in DevOps and MLOps Expected Start Date
