Description de posteDegree in accounting, economics or business, tax consulting or similar Minimum of 2 years of experience Experience working in SAP would be an advantage First IFRS experience would be an advantage Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Ability to work in a team and independently Assertiveness and confidence Talent for analysis, communication, co-ordination and advising Fluent English and German (verbal and written)

Accountant Real Estate Structures (m / f / d)
Your responsibilities
- Preparation corporate bookkeeping and annual financial statements in accordance with LUXGAAP
- Perform adjustments of foreign property accounting to LUXGAAP and Alternative Investment Fund law
- Co-ordinate financial operational with external parties activity to address liquidity, fiscal, legal risks and resolve issues within real estate structures
- Provide support to external tax advisors, auditors, property managers
