Role Description : Manage all on-boarding processes of distributors Act as point of contact for all clients, ensuring an outstanding quality of service Working to ensure the regulatory and compliance requirements of investor on-boarding are met Best in class customer service and managing all types of investor queries Implement and develop operating model for investor and distributor on-boarding Develop and implement a query management system Liaise with clients in regards to any platform quires or complaints, offering best service. Support Distributors underlying investor requirements and project manage with the broader team resolution actions Requirements : Between 3-5 years of experience in fund distribution / legal / compliance / client on-boarding or transaction services in the asset management industry Transfer Agency experience is a plus You must a self-starter and a great communicator Apply now in English if you already work in Luxembourg and want to know more!
