Description de posteBachelor diploma or equivalent as of L222-4 of work legislation or professional experience base validation. Good French and English language proficiency (written and spoken). Be able to work self-organized and within a team. Be rigorous. Be pragmatic. Be proficient in the use of current data processing tools. Proficiency in project management & operational data analysis. Display an analytical mindset and show efficiency in problem resolution and when facing unexpected situations. Accept business trips abroad in the frame of applicable procedures. Maintain strict data confidentiality. Refer to training catalogue. Provide a confirmed experience in Airline security. Any further language skills will be considered asan asset.
For our department Airline Securitywithin LuxairAirlines , we are looking for a (an) :
Airline Security Quality Control Coordinator (m / f / x)
Main duties :
- Ensure management and implementation of the related department.
- Be a key-actor in the continuous improvement of airline security.
- Elaborate, follow-up and update security procedures and support their implementation.
- Audit and analyse working methods by basing on described processes as well as on national and regulatory requirements.
- Initiate and submit improvement opportunities.
- Create, implement and give internal airline security linked trainings.
- Be able to provide administrative support to Airline Security Department.
- Participate in the creation of Airline Security related exercises.
- Ensure Airline Security Department’s Key Performance Indicators follow-up.
- Ensure othersupport tasks to the benefit of Airline Security Department.
