We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our Client Service Delivery team in Luxembourg for a 6-month internship. If you are interested in gaining knowledge within the asset management industry, this is an excellent opportunity for you. You will have the chance to gain valuable insights into Client Services activities.

What you’ll do

  • Assist the Client Service Manager (CSM) looking after the French market in the client onboarding activities for SIM EU products for our pooled fund clients. Work closely with the AML / KYC team to ensure all relevant due diligence documentation is obtained.
  • Support the CSM looking after the French market in putting in place agreements and agreement changes for our pooled fund clients and assist the CSM in regularly reviewing agreements for clients, maintaining contact information, and ensuring due diligence for clients is maintained and updated in line with their risk profile.
  • Assist the CSM looking after the French market in managing client queries and liaising with the relevant operational teams to ensure queries, which fall outside of the CSM team, are directed to the correct team.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects within the team, principally for the French market, but you will also support the other CSMs in the team as and when required.

What you’ll be like (skills and behaviour required)

  • Good attention to detail to ensure delivery of high quality, accurate outputs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate liaison with key stakeholders and external parties.
  • Able to problem-solve.
  • Able to plan, organise and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Knowledge of financial services is beneficial. This includes an understanding of investment funds.
  • Be open to feedback, receptive to change and continually look out for self-improvement opportunities.
  • Good Microsoft office skills, including Excel
  • Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written and knowledge of an additional European language such as German or Italian would be an advantage.
